Authority Services and Procedure Support

Official procedures take time when documents are incomplete or nobody follows them up. We check your documents, prepare the application, submit it under the required power of attorney and track its status, documenting every step for you. The competent authority decides on every application.

What we offer

We offer this service to investors and existing companies alike, whether for a single procedure or ongoing support across several. We start by understanding the procedure and the requirements published by the relevant authority, then check the documents you have and identify gaps and anything that needs certification, translation or updating.

We then prepare the application file and complete the forms in consultation with you, and submit it to the competent authority under the power of attorney you grant to us or to a person we appoint in agreement with you. We handle queries and requests for additional information, report the processing status to you regularly and keep copies of everything submitted and received.

Where a procedure requires legal or tax advice or notarization, this is carried out by qualified professionals with whom we coordinate. We do not promise an outcome or timeframe; the decision rests solely with the competent authority.

Practical example

Illustrative scenario

Licence renewal and data amendment for an existing company

A company whose manager lives abroad needs to renew a licence and update its registered address at the same time.

  1. Check current documents and identify what needs updating or certifying.
  2. Prepare both files and send them to the manager for approval.
  3. Submit to the relevant authorities under the required power of attorney.
  4. Handle a query about the lease agreement and coordinate the reply with the manager.
  5. Send a weekly status update and archive receipts.

This is an illustrative scenario to explain how we work, not a client reference.

Basis for cost and timeline

IAG fees depend on the type of procedure, number of documents, number of authorities involved and duration of follow-up. A fixed price per procedure or a monthly retainer for ongoing support can be agreed. Official fees are separate from IAG fees, are paid according to the competent authority's rules and appear separately on every statement. Fees of lawyers, notaries and translators are shown separately and require your approval.
