IAGIntelligent Access Group

IAG for investors

Your local partner for building your project in Syria

We accompany investors from understanding the market and assessing the project to company formation, coordination of procedures, setup and operation. One point of contact, clear steps and regular follow-up that help you manage your project and make your decisions, wherever you are.

IAG

Why a local contact helps

Distance makes follow-up difficult, but it need not cost you control. A single local party coordinates, documents and reports to you, while you remain the owner of decisions and budget.

Presence on the ground

Visits, appointments and procedures followed up locally instead of relying on scattered calls from abroad.

One source of information

Reports in a consistent format bringing progress, costs and open decisions together in one place.

Decisions in your hands

No contracts and no payments without your written approval according to rules agreed in advance.

Verifiable documentation

Offers, contracts, receipts and photos stored and available to you at any time.

Support packages

Flexible packages you can start with individually; the scope of each is agreed in writing for your project.

Syria today

An investment environment that is changing fast

As Syria opens up to investment and re-integrates into the regional and international economy, its legal and procedural frameworks are being updated continuously. These are the announced developments we take into account when planning a project:

  1. July 2025

Investment Law amended by Decree No. 114 of 2025

Decree No. 114 of 2025 amended parts of Investment Law No. 18 of 2021, strengthening investor guarantees – e.g. seizure or expropriation only by court decision and against compensation at real value – and providing for dispute settlement by amicable means, arbitration or the competent courts. This is not legal advice.
