IAG Project Launch

IAG Project Launch – Site setup and launch in Syria

After formation comes the actual implementation: a site that needs to be fitted out, equipment that needs to be procured, systems that need to be set up and suppliers that need to be followed up. We coordinate this work on the ground, compare offers, track implementation and deadlines, and send you regular reports showing progress, costs and the decisions awaiting you.

Starting situation

The company has been formed or formation is nearly complete, and the investor now needs to turn the plan into an operating facility. They must lease or fit out a site, select contractors and suppliers, import or buy equipment, and set up accounting, staff and communication systems. From abroad it is difficult to compare offers, monitor the quality of work and deadlines, and know where the budget is being spent.

Scope of services

Setup plan
A phased plan for fit-out, procurement and configuration, with the approved budget for each item.
Coordinating site setup
Coordinating fit-out work with contractors and technicians, and monitoring implementation on site with photos and reports.
Requesting and comparing offers
Requesting offers from several suppliers for each main item and comparing them against agreed criteria, so that you can choose.

Coordinating local purchase or import, tracking shipping, receipt and initial inspection, with licensed customs brokers where needed.
Setting up basic digital systems
Setting up systems such as e-mail, accounting, staff and customer management; IAG solutions such as IAG ERP, IAG HR and IAG CRM can be used where suitable.
Monitoring suppliers and deadlines
Monitoring suppliers' compliance with deadlines and specifications, and informing you immediately of any deviation.
Preparing for operation
An operational readiness checklist and coordination of the final steps before start-up.

Basis for effort and timeline

Effort and time depend on the condition of the site, the extent of the fit-out, the type of equipment and whether it is imported, the number of suppliers, delivery and clearance times, and the permits required for operation. We set out the scope, phases and our fees in writing after reviewing the project and do not state durations or prices in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you buy the equipment in your own name?

No. Contracts are concluded in the name of your company and with your approval; we coordinate and follow up.

How do I know the work is being carried out properly?

Through regular reports with photos, acceptance records, comparison of costs against the approved budget, and remote meetings where needed.

Do I have to use IAG's digital systems?

No. We suggest them where they suit your project, and we can set up other systems of your choice.
