This page explains which data is actually processed when you use iag-sy.com and for what purpose. It describes the website's current technical setup and will be updated when that setup changes.
Controller
The controller responsible for this website is Intelligent Access Group (IAG).

Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by the hosting provider Hostinger.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider's server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page and browser information (user agent). The hosting provider stores this data to operate and secure the website.
Google Fonts
The website uses fonts from Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google's servers. When a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google for this purpose.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, the data you enter is processed: name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), client group, requested service, project details and description of your request.
This data is sent by email to info@iag-sy.com using the web server's mail function. In addition, a short log entry containing the time of submission, the email address and the first 200 characters of the request is stored on the server outside the public web directory.
The sole purpose of this processing is to answer your request.
WhatsApp, phone and email links
When you click a WhatsApp, phone or email link, the respective app or service opens. The respective provider (for example WhatsApp/Meta) processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.
Images
The images used are copies of free photos from Unsplash, stored on the website's own server. No images are loaded from external servers.
Retention
We keep requests for as long as necessary to handle the request and any business relationship that results from it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Please contact us at info@iag-sy.com for this purpose.
