Trade and Procurement for Investor Projects in Syria

We organize procurement for your project in Syria from supplier research to delivery. We compare offers, specifications, quantities and delivery terms, and coordinate transport and documentation with customs and logistics professionals, while purchasing and payment decisions stay with you.

What we offer

We start with a clear list of needs: items, technical specifications, quantities, timeline and budget. We research suitable local or international suppliers, request comparable offers and present them in a table showing differences in specifications, price, lead time, payment terms, warranty and delivery terms.

Once you approve an offer, we coordinate with the supplier and transport providers and follow the preparation of the required commercial documents. Customs and regulatory requirements are determined and handled by licensed customs brokers and qualified professionals according to the rules in force at the time; we do not give our own legal assessments.

We accompany delivery and handover according to the agreed scope: checking quantities and specifications against the purchase order, documenting condition with photos, and recording any shortfall or damage for follow-up with the supplier or carrier.

Who it is for

  • Investors equipping a new projectThey need equipment or operating materials and want a structured comparison of suppliers.
  • Companies importing technical equipmentThey require precise specification matching and coordination with customs and transport professionals.
  • Investors working from abroadThey want a local contact who follows shipments and receipt and sends clear documentation.
  • Projects with phased procurementThey need several orders, suppliers and delivery schedules tracked at the same time.

Problems we address

  • Supplier offers that are hard to compare because specifications, terms and pricing differ.
  • Unclear responsibilities between supplier, carrier and customs broker.
  • Missing or inconsistent documents that delay shipments.
  • Goods received that do not match the order, without documentation to support a claim.
  • No clear view of order status and delivery dates.

Practical example

Illustrative scenario

Equipment for an office and small warehouse

An investor needs IT equipment and storage racks for a new project and follows the process from abroad.

  1. A list of items, specifications and quantities is prepared.
  2. Offers from several suppliers are requested and shown in a comparison table.
  3. The investor approves the offer and payment terms in writing.
  4. Transport and documents are coordinated with the supplier and a licensed customs broker.
  5. Receipt is accompanied and a record of quantities, condition and notes is prepared.

This is an illustrative scenario explaining how we work, not a client reference.

How we work together

  1. Define needs

Items, specifications, quantities, budget and timeline are documented.

  2. Research and request offers

Suitable suppliers are identified and asked for offers in a comparable format.

  3. Compare and decide

A comparison table with notes is presented and the investor approves the offer in writing.

  4. Coordinate and ship

The order, documents and transport are followed together with customs and logistics professionals.

  5. Receive and document

Goods are checked against the order, results are documented and any issues followed up.

Intended results

  • Purchasing decisions based on a clear, documented comparison.
  • Defined responsibilities between supplier, transport and customs clearance.
  • Ongoing visibility of order status and dates.
  • Documented receipt that makes follow-up of shortfalls or damage easier.

What we need from you

  • List of required items and technical specifications.
  • Quantities, budget and required timeline.
  • Any preferred or excluded suppliers.
  • Approval rights for offers and payments.
  • Details of the importing or receiving entity.

Basis for cost and timeline

Cost and duration depend on the number of items and suppliers, the origin of the goods and the scope of follow-up. We agree the quote per order or as monthly support for ongoing procurement. The value of goods, transport, customs brokerage and official fees are separate from IAG's fees and are paid according to the rules of the parties concerned.

Frequently asked questions

Do you buy the goods in your own name?

As a rule, the investor or the investor's company contracts with the supplier directly. Any different arrangement is defined in writing in the scope of work.

Do you handle customs clearance?

No. Clearance is done by licensed customs brokers; we coordinate with them and follow the documents.

Can you tell me the legal requirements for importing?

Requirements change and are determined by qualified professionals and the competent authorities at the time; we coordinate obtaining that information from them.

What if goods arrive incomplete or damaged?

We document it in the receipt record and follow up with the supplier or carrier under the contract terms; decisions on claims are yours.
