Import, export & procurement
Import support from need to delivery
We help companies and institutions turn a purchasing need into a structured import process: from specifications and supplier search, through offer comparison and documentation, to coordinating shipping and handover. Customs clearance, trade finance and inspection are carried out by licensed professionals and institutions; we coordinate with them.

What we offer
We start by understanding what you actually need: quantities, technical specifications, quality level, indicative budget and target delivery date. We turn this into a clear request file for suppliers, search for suitable suppliers in the markets you specify and request offers that can be compared like for like.
Once a supplier is selected, we organise the commercial documents and correspondence: purchase orders, proforma invoices, packing lists and the agreed delivery terms. We follow up with both sides until the goods are ready and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers as needed.
Import, customs and regulatory requirements, including any sanctions considerations, change over time and depend on the product, origin and importing party. Current requirements are therefore checked case by case with qualified professionals before any commitment; we do not provide legal or customs assessments ourselves.

We can agree a fixed scope for the search and comparison phase, or phases covering follow-up through to handover. Fees of brokers, forwarders, banks and inspection bodies, as well as customs duties and official charges, are separate from IAG fees and are paid according to each party's terms.
Frequently asked questions
Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?
No. Clearance is carried out by licensed customs brokers; we coordinate with them and follow schedules and documents.
Can you confirm that a product may be imported?
We do not make that assessment ourselves. Current requirements, including any restrictions or sanctions, are checked case by case with qualified professionals.
Who chooses the supplier?
You do. We gather and compare offers and explain the differences; decision and contracting remain with you.
Do you guarantee arrival dates?
Dates cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the supplier, carrier and official procedures, but we track the plan and inform you of any change.
