Import, export & procurement
Export support: from target market to shipment
We support producers and companies that want to sell abroad: from choosing a target market and preparing sales materials, to contacting potential buyers, organising offers and delivery terms, and coordinating shipment. Customs, finance and inspection procedures are handled by licensed professionals.

What we offer
We begin by assessing the product and its export readiness: specifications, packaging, production capacity and available documentation. We then help define one or two target markets based on available information and conversations with market contacts, and prepare a product profile in the required languages.
We contact potential buyers and distributors and organise correspondence, samples and quotations. Delivery terms are set using Incoterms as agreed between the parties in the contract; we help clarify what the chosen option means for each side in practice, without giving legal advice.
Export requirements in the country of origin and import requirements in the destination country, including certificates, restrictions and any sanctions considerations, are checked case by case with qualified professionals before a deal is concluded.
