IAG Business Setup
IAG Business Setup – Company formation and procedure coordination in Syria
Once the investment decision is made, the formation phase begins: legal form, documents, certifications and procedures with various authorities. We give you a clear step plan, prepare the files, coordinate with licensed professionals, follow up on each procedure and keep you informed of its status, while decisions and signatures remain with you.

Starting situation
The investor has decided to go ahead with the project in Syria and may have completed a market study or an exploratory trip. They live abroad and cannot follow up on procedures in person, and face practical questions: which documents are required and how are they certified in the country of residence, who are suitable lawyers and accountants, in what order do the steps take place, and how can they know where their application stands without scattered phone calls.

Basis for effort and timeline
Effort and time depend on the chosen legal form, the type of activity and the licences it requires, the number of partners, how quickly documents can be provided and certified in your country of residence, and the processing time of the competent authorities, which we do not control. We set out the scope, phases and our fees in a written proposal after reviewing your project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you form the company in your own name?
No. The company is formed in your name or in the name of the partners you designate; we coordinate and follow up on the procedures.
Do I need to grant a power of attorney?
A power of attorney can be useful for following up certain procedures. The licensed lawyer determines its wording, and its powers are limited in writing to the agreed tasks.
Do you guarantee that the licence will be granted?
No. Only the competent authorities decide on applications. We help submit a complete file and track its status.
Can I use my own lawyer?
Yes. We coordinate with the professionals you choose, or propose professionals after checking if you wish.
