IAG Market Entry
IAG Market Entry – Understand the Syrian market before you decide
Before you invest your time and money, you need a clear picture of demand, competition, local costs and the procedural steps. We gather this information for you in a structured way and present it in a report that helps you decide for yourself: go ahead with the project, adjust it, or stop there.

Starting situation
Typically, an investor based in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Germany or another country contacts us with a project idea or capital they would like to deploy in Syria, but without current and reliable market information. They may have scattered figures from acquaintances or the internet, do not know which authorities are relevant to their activity, and do not know what sites, equipment and labour actually cost. They want to understand the picture before travelling, signing anything or transferring any money.
Scope of services

- Field research
- Local visits and meetings with suppliers, site owners and industry participants to understand practical conditions.

Basis for effort and timeline
Effort and time depend on the number of questions to be answered, the target sector and region, the availability of information, the number of quotations required and whether the study includes an exploratory trip. After the initial conversation we provide a written proposal with scope, phases and fees; we do not state durations or prices before understanding your project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee that the project will be profitable?
No. We provide structured information with documented sources to help you decide, but no study can guarantee the outcome of an investment.
Do I have to travel to Syria during this phase?
Not necessarily. The study can be carried out entirely remotely with reports and video meetings; the exploratory trip is an optional addition if you wish.
Do you provide legal or tax advice?
No. This is regulated work carried out by licensed professionals whom you select or whom we propose after checking, under a separate engagement; we coordinate with them.
What happens after the report?
You decide. You can stop, adjust the idea, or move on to IAG Business Setup to establish the company.
