IAG Local Support
IAG Local Support – Ongoing local support for your project in Syria
Once operations have started, the need for a local presence does not end. We act as the permanent point of contact for your project in Syria: we monitor on site, coordinate with suppliers and professionals, follow up on ongoing procedures and send you regular reports, so that you can manage your project from wherever you live and remain the decision-maker.

Starting situation
The project is operating or in its final stages, and the investor spends most of their time outside Syria. They have a local manager or a small team, but need an independent party to follow matters and give them a clear picture: renewal of licences and contracts, supplier follow-up, recurring procedures, and expansion opportunities and business relationships. They want to know what is happening without travelling for every issue.
